Adeli Suit Therapy is based on using an adapted cosmonaut suit called ADELI. The Adeli METHODOLOGY was specifically developed to assist patients suffering from locomotor dysfunctions resulted from such diseases as Infantile Cerebral Palsy, [ more] Spinal Cord Damage, various forms of brain trauma, post -accident injuries, Parkinson Disease. |

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA There is a minimum age of 2,5 years old and the minimum height of 33 inches required to qualify the patient for the therapy session with the application of the ADELI SUIT at the Euromed Clinic. Euromed offers also an intensive program of treatment for infants and children up to 2,5 years old but without the suit. *** There is no age limit for treatment. Adults afflicted with Cerebral Palsy, Brain Injuries, Spinal Cord Damage or any locomotor dysfunctions or victims of car accidents may also apply for the intensive therapy in the suit. The program of treatment is individually modified per each patient, taking into account the patient?s age, condition and diagnosis.
In order to qualify a patient for the therapy in the Euromed Rehabilitation Center, the following documentation is required * x-ray pictures [ A-P] view of the hips or other problematic parts of the body
*copies of medical reports, eg. PT,s, paediatrician, neurologist, orthopaedic surgeons, therapist or and of additional items that parents or guardians feel may help to clarify the patients current medical condition.
